Armo Ang messages the team. He wants to meet with them on Selos 2. They follow the coordinates he provides and easily make the surface of Selos 2.

Once there, Armo asks the team to take on a mission of immense magnitude. Namely, to set in motion the annihilation of two thirds of the population of Jelq. They are to release the Anti-Gate drug into the biosphere, which will kill a majority of the elite on the planet. The team agrees and goes to Jelq using the reverse engineered Drill Drug.

Once on Jelq, Gary 23 and the twins announce that they cannot carry through with this plan as they feel it to be tantamount to genocide. After some heated debate the group decide to alter the plan by changing the way the Anti-Gate drug is dispersed. It will be delivered within a virus targeted to the mortality drugs all elites use to remain healthy and youthful well into their 100s.

Gary 23 uses two doses of the Drill Drug to go to their secret base, engineer the virus and return to Jelq, all with a few hours. The team carry out the plan, riding the jet streams aboard the Zeppelins that traverse the planet daily. They simply release the Anti-Gate carrying virus into the atmosphere and let the climate do the rest.

The one thing they can't be sure of, however, is that the rebels haven't sent more than a single team to carry out their plan. To keep from being complicit in the murder of a world, Gary 23 and the twins are prepared to inform the leadership of the Church of the rebel's plans.
