While approaching their rendezvous, the team engage an elite squad of military guards, apparently sent after them by an unseen observer. They eventually dispatch the enemy squad, complete their journey and take possession of the package they were sent to pick up. On the way off planet, they destroy a planetary invader ship parked in a sleeper orbit.

They deliver the package to a location on Gundrunn and return to Trumpler 4.

The team plan to partake in a little piracy, just to see what they can come up with. Hiding out in a system at the nexus of several well traveled drill routes, they eventually come upon a luxury yacht. The owner, a well placed executive of the Utopia Corp. Mining Division stationed on Kesturn, though protected within a safe-room style personal shield eventually gives in and meets the demands of the team. He transfers a large sum of credits to a secure credit stick and is released. The team keep the ship in a secret location to sell to the highest bidder.
